• Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time within New Zealand is 2-5 business days.

• Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• Pick-up Available (Auckland only): Thank you for choosing our services. We're pleased to offer a convenient pick-up option for our customers based in Auckland. Upon finalising your purchase, you will be contacted via email to confirm the time and date for pick-up. This personalised approach ensures that your order is ready and waiting for you at your convenience.

International Shipping Policy

• We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipment processing time: All international orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

• Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 10-20 business days but can vary depending on the destination.

• Customs, Duties and Taxes: NIUE Vanilla International is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

NIUE Vanilla International is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
